TOASTED MARSHMALLOW

  • 2 oz 1849 Bourbon

  • Squeeze of Dark Chocolate Sauce

  • 2 oz Heavy Whipping Cream

  • Pinch Apple Pie Spice

  • Rim Glass with Gram cracker and Marshmallow (light on fire)

Instructions:

In a shaker tin, add Ice, 1849 Bourbon, heavy whipping cream, dark

chocolate sauce, and apple pie spice. Cover and shake. Strain into rimmed marshmallow and gram cracker glass. Add Two marshmallows to bamboo skewer, light marshmallows and char to taste. Blow out and Enjoy!

1849 FALL OLD FASHION

  • 2.5 oz 1849 Bourbon

  • 1 sugar cube

  • 10-12 dashes bitters

  • 1 oz pumpkin spice

  • Garnish with Orange Peel & Cinnamon Stick

Instructions:

In a rocks glass add sugar cube and bitters. Muddle until paste-like and all sugar is crushed. Using a torch, add flame for 20-30 seconds while swirling the glass around. Add round orange slice. Add Ice cube to glass and pour 1849 Bourbon over

ice, add pumpkin spice syrup and stir with cinnamon stick.

BOURBON BLOODY MARY

  • 2 oz 1849 Bourbon

  • 2.5 oz Zing Zang

  • 2 Dashes Hot Sauce

  • 2 Dashes Worcestershire

  • Garnish with Olive and Celery Stick

Instructions:

In a Collins glass, add Ice, 1849 Bourbon, hot sauce, Worcestershire and top with Zing Zang. Garnish with Olice and Celery Stick

WHITE ESPRESSO MARTINI

  • 2 oz Ranch Style Coffee

  • 2 oz Heavy whipping cream

  • ¼ oz Simple Syrup

Instructions:

In a shaker tin, add Ice, Ranch Style Coffee Whiskey, heavy whipping cream, and simple syrup cover and shake. Strain into a chilled Martini Glass, garnish with 3 coffee beans and enjoy!

CHRISTMAS COOKIE

  • 2 oz Ranch Style Coffee

  • 2 oz Gingerbread Syrup

  • ¼ oz Vanilla Syrup

  • 2 oz Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 4 Dashes Chocolate Walnut Bitters

  • Garnish with Vanilla Icing and Gingersnap Cookie Rim

Instructions:

Using a shaker tin, add Ice, Ranch Style Coffee whiskey, Gingerbread syrup, Vanilla syrup, Chocolate walnut bitters and heavy whipping cream to tin. Cover and shake. Strain into a Vanilla Icing and Gingersnap cookie rim and Enjoy!
